Style or choice - If it is the choice or style you don’t like we will happily exchange if you return the original to us within 24 hours.
Quality Issues - As we provide a fresh, perishable product there can, on occasion, be an issue with flowers not lasting as expected. The flowers we generally choose from our supplier would ideally last 5-7 days minimum. We would offer either a replacement, refund or credit if we are notified within 4 days of receipt. The original flowers will need to be returned so we can inspect them to see where the problem is and report to our suppliers if necessary.
