Delivery Policy

Local delivery is available at a small cost of £5. Within a 5 mile radius of our shop.

Please advise us where to leave the flowers if the recipient is not home. Ideally, leave us their contact number so we can call them. Only if it is safe to do so, we leave at the door of the address and post a card. If it is not safe or the weather is too bad to leave we will bring the flowers back to the shop. You can then send someone to collect or it is £5 to book a redelivery the following day.

We are experiencing high levels of delivery requests. With only one van, we do all our own deliveries and unfortunately we cannot guarantee exact times, only that your order will be delivered on the date requested.

 For same day delivery please order before 11am- we cannot always guarantee this service.
